We collect information you provide through our contact and Website Upgrade Roadmap forms, along with limited technical and campaign information when the relevant tracking choice is enabled.

- Business name, website, service need, preferred payment path and timing
- Campaign source information such as UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers
- Browser, device, IP address and interaction information where analytics or advertising measurement is enabled

Essential storage supports security, form integrity, attribution continuity and your saved privacy choices. Analytics and advertising storage are disabled until you choose to enable the relevant category.
2. How Information Is Processed
When you submit the contact form:
- A notification is sent to the business owners via a private Discord webhook.
- A task may be created in ClickUp for internal project management.
- If task creation fails, a fallback email is sent to the business owners.
- Google services may process analytics events when analytics is enabled.
- Meta may process advertising measurement events and hashed matching data when advertising measurement is enabled.
- Google reCAPTCHA processes technical information to protect forms from abuse.
Access is limited to authorised DeepDev personnel and service providers who need the information for the purposes described here.

We use contact details for occasional marketing only when you separately opt in. You can withdraw that choice at any time. Advertising measurement and remarketing are controlled through the site’s Privacy choices control.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Information may be processed by ClickUp, Resend, Discord, Google, Meta and reCAPTCHA for lead handling, security, analytics or advertising measurement, depending on configuration and your choices. These providers may process data outside Australia. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use first-party storage to remember campaign attribution and your privacy choices. Optional analytics and advertising technologies remain disabled until the corresponding choice is enabled.
You can review or change those choices at any time using the “Privacy choices” control displayed on the website. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent you from submitting an enquiry.
8. Retention and Overseas Processing
We retain enquiry, attribution and consent records only for as long as reasonably required for lead handling, business records, dispute resolution, security and legal obligations. Service providers may process information in other countries under their own contractual and privacy arrangements.
